*christmas card*

So anywho, i found this similar design on shutterfly and liked the idea

but mine didn't turn out quite as i pictured....

{the words ended up being really hard to read}

but hey i actually made one this year.....

because i love receiving christmas cards & hanging them up....

but i never seem to get my own out-

so anywho Merry Christmas everyone!!!

*snow day*

so its seems like a month ago when we had

snow stick for longer than a day :)

We have a tradition that no matter what the day is

we play, build, snowball fight when the first good

snow sticks!!

this wee scruffy doggy looooves the snow

she can't get enough.....but....

she gets major snowball action in her front fur....

until she can barely walk....kinda funny...kinda sad..

{mostly funny....because thats how we roll}

playing around with some different actions.....

and she looks so grown up....hmm

can i tell you how much i loooove this picture
he was so excited to have a snowball fight with the hubby-
he's trying to run before nick gets him :)

the war continues.....

seriously love these two little kiddos...

they make life fun, crazy, interesting, frustrating,

but oh so worth it!!!!

I realized that i don't blog about half of what i take pictures of

{mostly because i'm lazy }

but when i was organizing my pic folders i came across

these darling ones of my little nephew (nicks side of the fam)

we took them at the end of summer at layton park.

My mother in law {who is like a second mother to him}

wanted some fun "parky" goodness pictures!!!

my cute mother in law- she is such a fun grandma-

we just love her!!!

so once again our family Halloween party was a blast !!!

My family out does itself every year- they are truly a creative bunch :)

Me & the hubs were "Bikers....big ones"

if you've seen the movie ten things i hate about you -it will all make sense

and also because i try to say that phrase every chance i get

{i know i'm quite odd :) }

i loved Nicks hat/wig the best-

how i love thee!!!

we come from a long line of halloween costumers

my grandpa henrie would dress up every year and

surprise us every year with his costumes-

so my mother & aunt have carried it on

plus passed it on to us kids-

when we were little my mom

would have us transformed every halloween

into something amazing- we were always winning

costume contests and being complimented on :)

she seriously rules!!!!

I love being with my family- we have such a great time

together- we always have plenty of food and we end the night

with a white elephant game-

So the time has come to share my beloved family pictures

my sister in law Marky

She did a wonderfully splendid job!!!

i loved them all so much

i couldn't decide what ones to put on my blog :)

the great thing about this trading family pictures

is that we got to do our own editing

so we got to keep all our originals

(unless they were beyond help )

so we saved not only time but we now get to play

around with all our lovely pictures as much as we want !!

I really don't like having my pictures taken

i feel i'm all teeth and cheeks on my big ole head :)

plus bubba {aka my stomach} has been out of control

chubby- its where my body feels the need to store everything....

so anywho besides my lack of self imagery......i love that we've been documented...

and that i have these wonderful pictures to treasure!!!!

* So, owen has a playgroup- he has 4 close little friends

* it was our turn

* you would think being the halloween season

that i would do something fun and memorable

no, no, not at this house ;)

they spent the entire hour and a half

glued to a cartoon scooby doo movie on netflix

then during lunch they took turns telling halloween stories

all of them involved poop and burning something

it was quite delightful

but guess what

some of them said it was the best playgroup ever

no kidding

sitting and doing nothing but watch a movie
ahhh the life of a 5 year old

who needs to be playing outside and getting exercise

no, no its all about the sweet life ;)

so if anywho else out there is in need of great playgroup

you can call on me !!!! hahahahaha

I've been taking a lot of pictures with my point and shoot

its just to darn convienent-plus i keep it in my purse

and i love to capture the video with it

maybe if your lucky i will share their halloween stories

We decided to go up to none other than Brigham City

Oh joy of joys- what wonderment did insue ;)

looove the ivy wall and of course topping it off with some

lovely peach fieldy goodness!!! of course..... time wise we hit the

peach field a wee bit too dark and the #@$% mosquitos started attacking us

but allllll is good- nothing photoshop can't handle ;)
