*Quick Photoshoot*

So I thought I should take a few "wintery" shots before spring comes (hurray!) also because Bailey is probably going to loose her two front teeth soon enough (there quite wiggley)-so here are a few pics that I loved (ok, I loved them all but I'm to lazy to post them all :)

*Oh how I love tutu's*

Ok, so my friend taught me how to make these darling tutu's and I'm in Heaven! It turned out so cute. Blue is Baileys favorite color so I made this one first- I had her dance around while I snapped a few pics. There were so many cute ones, here are a few to share.

I played around in photoshop and I like this grunge/color pop

*Getting to know my hubby*

I think this is a great idea-getting to know the hubby's :)

Its been fun looking at blogs with this idea!

1. How long have you been married? 8 years in August

2. How long did you date? We met in December and were married that August (we were engaged for 2 months- now thats a quick planned wedding :)

3. Who eats more sweets? Ok that would definitley be me. He's not a sugary sweet kind a person. He'll eat some if I make it-so basically he'll eat one piece and I'll take care of the rest :)

4. Who said I love you first? I may have but I'm sure he said it soon after (forward wasn't I !!!!)

5. How old is he? Just turned 30

6. Who is taller? He is, thank goodness (not that I'm very tall but I like a man with a little height)

7. Who is smarter? He is on a lot of things. He is my hot computer nerd :)

8. Who can sing better? he can totally carry a tune (though he won't admit it) We totally harmonize to childrens classics like "I'm a little teapot" and Laurie Berkner songs in the car (for our kids--of course)

9. Who does the laundry? I do most the time--but sometimes he'll have to do his when I forget.

10. Who pays the bills? I do--but Nick helps remind me (I think my memory went bye bye with my first child)

11. Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? He does. I use to when we first got married and then somehow it changed

12. Who mows the lawn? Mostly Nick. I don't mind it but I'm a lot slower. He rips through it like a lawn nija.

13. Who cooks dinner? I do mostley. But he is quite a good cook himself. He's sweet enough to eat pretty much whatever I cook-even if it tastes like hot garbage :)--ok I'm not that bad-hehehe

14. Who drives? He does-Honetly he's a better driver than I am.

15. Who kissed who first? Ok so thats a funny story-most of my friends know how it all went so I won't go into detail--lets just say I had braces at the time and a bit of akwardness involved--but to get to the point he kissed me first

16. Who is more stubborn? We both are--with different things

17. Who asked who out? well we met at a Institute dance and he got my number there (awww cheesy I know-but what do ya do?)

18. Who proposed? He did- at the Joseph Smith Memorial building- he had my parents bring me down to "look for a wedding photographer" and there he was in a suit with flowers (mind you he had the pianist in the lobby play one of my favorite songs when I walked in and there was a crowd) It was so romantic (to bad my parents didn't let on because I was dressed in one of my ugliest outfits ever!!!! I kid you not)

19. Who has more siblings? He does if you count half brothers and step children 5 kids- I have 3 brothers

So Owen comes up to me today and says "Mom, you can't eat my poop!" I say "well I wasn't planning on it but what makes you say that?" he says "you like chocolate but poop is caca"

hahahahahaha- seriousley where does a two year old get that from??? So hopefully in the future I will not confuse poop with chocolate :)



and then I over heard Bailey say to her friend while playing (most seriousley and matter a factly) " I like totally think that spelling Mom is soooo easy and also Dad, I can't believe I have learned sooo much in class (she's in kindergarten). So anyways I had to laugh she is just to grown up for her own good :)

*Stand a little Taller**

I'm just so grateful for a Prophet that was such a great example to not only our faith but to so many others. So with the passing of our dear Prophet I'm grateful for his teachings to stand a little taller and to be a friend to anyone. I'm so glad to know that families can be forever :)

15 tHiNgS i LoVe

Ok, so Tasha tagged me forever ago. I really love way to many things!!!!! So I'll try to keep it to 15 :) and in no particular order......

15. Ok, so I am addicted to reading! (any romantic, mystery, funny, ect...) Not in a crazy way but in a "kids, mommy need to finish this book so I can sleep tonight!" Ok maybe a little obsessive. Once I start a book (and its interesting) I must finish it-I can't get anything done- So I've been trying to limit my book reading so that my children, husband, home don't get to neglected!

14. I looooove GUM!!!! Most any flavor will do! (ok, there are some nasty flavors) It makes my mouth happy!

13. one word... PREVIEWS! If I'm late for a movie and miss the previews, I'm not gonna lie to ya- it takes away from my movie experience =) The previews rock!! It totally gets me excited to see the movie- ok, so I may be a big geek but what do ya do :)

12. I love food!!! Especially when I don't have to cook it! So I guess I really love going out to eat -hmmmmm Cafe Rio!

11. Holidays- I love everything about them! I love having my hubby home from work, spending time with family and all the excitement that goes along with it!!!

10. Digital Scrapbooking -this should be close to #1 because its so much fun. I love the ease of No cleanup, work on it whenever I like, put tons of pics on one page and have it look good, print as many as I want..... I could go on and on!

9. Taking pictures! (and looking back at old ones :) Pictures truly capture that moment in history you'd like to keep forever. (ok, some you'd like to get rid of but can't-like on my 16th
b-day my friends and I combined our birthday and had a party and our goofy guy friends bought us a toliet from the DI (yes, gross I know) so anywho we each took turns posing on the toliet for the camera, (remember we were 16) so by the time it was my turn I was in a goofy mood (imagine that- hehehehe) and I made the most ugly face ever, I seriously looked like a crazy person. Every time I look at it I cringe but at the same time I remember what a fun time we had that night!!!) Awwweee the memories we make :)


8. I really like cleaning products. Of course if you saw my house you'd probably laugh! hehehe but really, I love the idea of cleaning products that make my life easier! ohhh I love Paper Towels- if I could win a year supply of something that would be it!!!

7. I love putting clean sheets on my bed -well of course its better then dirty ones :) Ahhh there is nothing better than soft, clean, tucked in sheets!! ohhhh and towels.

6. Looking at the Sunday paper and all the ads. Its my favorite thing to do after church! Looking to see what great sales and bargins await!!! along with that I love clearance racks!!

5. Salsa Verde Doritos! Hmmmm, I seriously ate a whole bag in two and a half days (not my finest hour:) I love to drink it with a big glass of milk--ohhh and while reading! I don't buy them very often because they are my addiction :)

4. I love the idea of decorating my house. I don't have a whole lot on my walls but I'm always looking for new ideas to make it look better. I wish I could actually go through with most of my crazy thoughts but then I turn into a nervous nelly and can't do it! So until then I have lots of cute frames and lots of ideas that I hope one day will turn into a reality :) Any decorators out there???????

3. I really like the Wallflower plugins for Bath and Body works. (Except when my son pulls them out and turns them over so the oil gets everywhere =) I love how it smells up my house and makes it appear comfy and homey



2. Movies- I know I metioned going to the movies but recently I've really enjoyed watching the classic Disney Movies like "A Goofy Movie" that show seriously cracks me up. I like the music and it entertains my kids- Watching older ones takes me back to when I was younger and how much fun it was to watch with my fam. or my friends! Let the good times roll :)

1. Saturday Mornings-when the kids wake up (sleeping in until 8:00 hahahaha) they run to our bed and hang out. Its so fun- Its like we have this little family pow wow until the need for food kicks in. Then my hubby makes pancakes or waffles for us- This routine happens most saturdays and I miss them when we don't do it! I love my family :)





So there ya have it! Some of the things I love (or like to do). Maybe not to exciting but hey what do ya do??
